Our fiberoptic network is part of two concentric fiber rings from Edmonton to Winnipeg, allowing us to instantly route East or West depending on any network conditions.
All of our servers are located in a temperature-controlled secure environment, with multiple power grids, generator and UPS back-up power. We have a triple-redundant chilled-water based cooling system with 2-stage fire protection. 99.99% uptime.
Each server cluster features dual power supplies, redundant fans, network ports, HEXACORE processors and 1 TERABYTE of RAM as well as an independent RAID controllers distributed over multiple SANS to ensure continued availability in the event of any component failure.
All critical system data (including databases) is backed up and archived as part of our SmartSNAP backup system.. Typically our servers average close to 600 days uptime with no disruption in service. We are able to avoid maintenance downtime intervals by live migrating your site to another cluster, so there is no downtime.
